dc.description.abstract | The results of an experimental investigation which studies the influence of rotationally induced buoyancy on heat transfer in a tube which rotates about an axis parallel to itself is presented. Data obtained with water and 100% glycerol appear to confirm the qualitative description of flow given by two theoretical analyses. A reliable qualitative method of prediction is still unavailable. | en_US |
