dc.description.abstract The compressible turbulent boundary layer on a flat plate with air injection has been investigated experimentally. Boundary-layer developments were measured at Mach numbers of 2.5 and 3.5 for the case of zero injection and each of three different injection rates, with and without heat transfer. The free stream Reynolds numbers were 5 x 10power7 per meter for a Mach number of 2.5 and 4.7 x 10power7 per meter for a Mach number of 3.5. All the more interesting boundary-layer parameters like momentum thickness, displacement thickness, boundary-layer thickness, boundary-layer shape parameter and the skin-friction coefficient were determined from the measured profiles and are given in this Report. en_US
