dc.description.abstract Determination of the inviscid, incompressible flow due to a thin, two-dimensional aerofoil moving with varying incidence and forward speed requires the solution of an integral equation. This report examines the case of harmonic variation of both incidence and forward speed (same frequency, different amplitude and phase). A solution is obtained in which the first terms neglected are of order (v log v)², where v is the reduced frequency. en_US
