dc.description The free streamline technique is extended to the problem of two-dimensional jet flow from the rear of a nacelle. Complex potentials for the jet flow and the flow in the free stream are found and from these the equation of the wake streamline and the velocity and pressure distributions are calculated. some consideration is also given to the corresponding axi-symmetric problem.
